It is intended primarily for small or medium-size service or manufacturing businesses, where computer operation is based mainly on the use of personal computers, with a local area network (LAN) and one or a few servers. Local management do not restrict themselves to

for computer operations only, but aim at a proven recovery action plan for the entire business or least its vital operations, or for a single operating site in an organisation with multiple sites.

The guide also contains a Project Plan Outline to help you successfully launch the project quicker. This outline includes suggestions on project organisation, working methods, and activities and milestones. The outline provides step-by-step instructions how to tailor your own disaster recovery manual and carry out the other activities needed to obtain a viable disaster recovery capability in your information systems organisation.

The material may be used to support the implementation of information security management systems (ISMS) according to the standard ISO/IEC 17799 (27002).

The amount charged is subject to Swedish value-added tax (VAT), currently 25 per cent, in these cases:

In all other cases, the amount charged is exempt from Swedish VAT.

The price includes air mail delivery, but excludes VAT, sales tax, and other taxes, levies, duties or charges, if any, in the purchaser's country. We will send our invoice with your material. Terms of payment: Net thirty days from our shipping date.

Right to Use and Modify the Electronic Material
The price also includes a licence that grants you the non-exclusive right to use and modify the electronic material to develop customised disaster recovery planning documents for a single site, such as an office building, plant, computer installation, or any other geographically separated location. If Our Product Does Not Meet Your Needs . . .
Should you not like our product, you may return it. Our only conditions are that the seal of the diskette package is unbroken and that you return the material in undamaged condition within fifteen days from the date of receipt. The sender must pay the return postage.
